1. APPRAISAL AND PROMOTION: Being biased is their motto. May be the word biased was made for this company. 2. HR TEAM : They are highly busy in pretending to be busy. Basically when the whole company surviving with only one client at hand, how someone can be even busy, until or unless they are assigned the task of handling UKRAINE RUSSIA WAR or other international issue for India. I'm damn sure, PMO India doesn't see them that much qualified for the job and hence the HR people are useless, no job at hand people trying to protect other non tech useless team leads when a serious technical employee comes up with his/her grievance. 3. Avizva R&D team is working passionately to reorient the solar system to make "08 days" longer week and "30 hours" long day as sucking blood of their employees 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week not satisfying thirst of these psychopath vampires. The management is not considerate about employee’s experience and follows nepotism in promoting and giving rating to employees. The work environment is aggressive and output is expected in very less time. There are no fixed work assignments, product owners are expected to be delivery managers and at the same time expected to create ER diagrams. The roles and responsibilities are not aligned with profiles and the behaviour of old or senior employees is not at all welcoming. Most of the projects have tight deadlines which force us not only to stretch the working hours on weekdays but also work on weekends and it is very common. The worst part is management does not take this seriously and it seems very normal to them.

You are monitored everytime everywhere No one will listen to your complaints, you cant complain i can say Most toxic workculture I have seen in my life Dont join unless you have any emergency to join(Risk) You will feel the stress and depression at the start of your carrier.
