In a span of just 1 year my salary was put on hold for 5 times. And also 3 months before leaving the organisation had worked under the worst unskilled manager in my entire 12 yrs of professional life.. Instead of focusing on strong strategy he only taught us to beg for business, and also was spreading negativity among other colleagues. As per him Colleagues are your Rivals is what he had taught us. And the worst part is inspite being unskilled he is at a higher package.

The mentors I’ve had and the opportunities I’ve gotten. There’s an open door policy and I’ve never been judged on the basis of my designation but the intent I show and the knowledge that I’ve gathered. Most of the senior most leadership (including the CEO- Mr. Rath) are approachable and open to ideas, as long as you display the confidence for an idea, and the willingness to see it through, no matter what department you’re from.

Dislikes

The salary and appraisals could be better and the competition is cut-throat.

AVIVA OFFICE IS GOOD GOOD Ambience but Leads are shit . plus Assistant manager is super shit I DONT KNOW WHO MADE HER ASSISTANT MANAGER HE IS THE BIGGEST FOOL THEN . RINU UPADHYAY . She deserve to be a junior telecaller . I REQUEST AVIVA INDIA TO PLS PROMOTE HER AS JUNIOR TELECALLER . SHE DESERVES THAT ONLY . Shit leads . Everything is good in aviva india except her She is a gavar person . BEAUTY WITH BRAIN ❌ NO BEAUTY NO BRAIN . Only garbage in her mind . Smart player with dumb mind

Erstwhile management was excellent where lot of learning’s were provided and vintage employees were respected. The current management has completely ruined the company culture.

The current Management has completely ruined the culture. There is no loyalty bonus but vintage employees are been targeted. The attrition rate is exorbitantly high post taking over of new management. Employees are insecure and working with great fear. The company performance is deteriorating!!
