...which i had was fabulous. Job security is a challenge for any corporate company. Apart from Basic salary earning here is more easy if you complete your tasks on time or before that. Promotions are not a challenge if you are capable to get the work done. Work environment is friendly and co-operative staff. Lot of innovations and ideas for making better products.

Dislikes

The company is bide by complaince and it has got strong complaince system so if you have done anything which comes into conderation by complaice team you will have to loose your job

The company is very good survival. But Different salary for equal target, that's the reason for dissatisfaction. I had taken 2 promotions. Still I was not substantially compensated. HR policy is good for survival but not agressive in promotion.

Actually company is good but organisations few member is very bad . I am many time face in problem my company HR and RM side . I am not quite my job in Aviva but forcefully resigned my higher authority

Good corporate culture colleagues are very cooperative growth is there balance in personal life

I had never received appreciation from clients in spite of being honest compensation is good but learning should be improved by giving various types of training

The mentors I’ve had and the opportunities I’ve gotten. There’s an open door policy and I’ve never been judged on the basis of my designation but the intent I show and the knowledge that I’ve gathered. Most of the senior most leadership (including the CEO- Mr. Rath) are approachable and open to ideas, as long as you display the confidence for an idea, and the willingness to see it through, no matter what department you’re from.

Dislikes

The salary and appraisals could be better and the competition is cut-throat.
