Dislikes

Low pay scale. Working late is highly appriciates, working efficiently is not. Less space for personal life. Lack of guidance due to lack of experianced employes in company, major staf is fresher. Forced to work out of your working domain. Eg: IT peoples have to work in electroincs domain.

Worst company policies ,they changed it in every two to three months... their main issue is they don't want to pay you...they will hold back your money and fired you.

Worst policies, not good for sales people

Pushes you to do stuff you didnt think you were capable of doing but apart from that there are only downsides to working at the place. Poor work culture, unprofessional and employee-unfriendly company policies.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like. Even the salary wasn't credited on time.
