...t our resignation without any discussion and giving any acceptable reason by HR. Post that they just harassed us by unnecessarily holding our salary till 8th Oct. HR blocked our numbers and wasn't answering any message on WhatsApp as well. Anybody who ever comes in contact with company in the capacity of employee, customer, vendor or a premises landlord should BEWARE of this fraud and unethical company.

All most all good but here is training to everyone have training in the online. so that I want to give a training from one place give training in the session for perticular subject. training team must be have every location.

... have humanity, When i was working they fired 27 sales staff without any reason. HR given them notice to resign unwillingly they do! 🥺 same thing happened with me They hold my salary for the month of Jan 2021 till 11 Feb Till i didn't resign no reason. I lost my job 😞😭 because HR & BM says you will be terminated like others if you don't resign. It's ok i dis but they are not giving me salary from 29. January to Feb. This is the Frau making by Aviom Housing India Pvt. Ltd. HR.

There is nothing good to say. Very bad working culture. They are betraying the customers. Invester are not interested in this company totally going in loss.
