Salary is least. Thinnest chance of promotion. No recognition even if you give your 200℅. Generally they deny your FnF and by any chance if they get ready to give you they delay it as long as they can. Even for the documemtation part you have to escalate the matter. Management is worst. No value of even skilful employees especially if they are not from any reference. At office nepotism is at its peak. No dues get cleared either you are a field employee or an office employee. Once you start asking to get your dues clear your countdown starts in the company. The only skill you need is buttering and coming in the good books of the owner. The list is long an epic can be written on it.
