I observed quite a good number of employees of this institute quit job before and on immediately completing 1 year. The main reason was the poor work culture wherein a young employee cannot find a room for developing skills and work peacefully.

Dislikes

1. Lack of a peaceful work place. 2. Intervention of senior faculty in our work pattern 3. Overallocation of work that constantly demands overtime work

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
