Work-life balance is great, and management and colleagues are supportive and polite.

Dislikes

You will only be involved in the development of the design brief, and coordination with the consultants, and you will get involved in the sample unit designing and execution and the procurement of the material. If you want to get involved in large-scale projects during their execution stage, you will not be allowed to do so. No involvement in the specifications and BOQ thing.

It's Great working in Avinash Group as well as the higher management Very supportive. Te I working with is best of other departments.
