Work Life Balance: Really good you will get salary on-time. Salary & Benefits: Salary is ok but you will get more incentive. So prove your self & hit KPI. As per my knowledge in transport industries no bodies will give you 30% incentive on your hand salary. Job Security: In ACPL no fear of job security. Skill devlopment / learning: ACPL is very good organization for skip development & learning.

1) This Company is like Family Business. 2) Only those employees get promoted whos are best in Palms Licking. 3) No Any Careers Growth In This Company. 4) No Value of your work. 5) ACPL founder insult you on every time. 6) Your boss take credit of Your Work. 7) ACPL HR Dept. is third class they are sitting you whole day in office for interview, after that tey told come tomorrow. 8) Office Timing is 9.30 AM To 6.00 PM. You cant go home without complete your work

Company Culture, Lack of Job Security, Tremendous work load, Not offering sick leaves and casual leaves, Paid leaves not converted in cash payment if balanced. Not having SOPs for employees, Not having standardize HR and Legal policies. Often the company pressures for overtime work but not paid for that.
