Although a few hiccups were encountered during induction, but being an upcoming company, I could make do peace with it. Post -induction, the experience was good. I was hired for a project, which extended by one month. Overall HR support was good which was a big positive.

As first offshore project, was little apprehensive going with a not so known company, but experience was good. I woould have continued if there were more projects available for my skillset. Important point being as a woman, many things matter and team took care of all minute details throughout the project duration
