The business model is very unique and provides a ample scope but due to decision making stakes lying with only one person , heading with no clarity of vision n mission. No corporate culture. Priorities at top level keeps changing on daily basis leaving a very confused state for any employee in the organisation.No defined KRA.

No working culture. Decision making lies with only one or two people. Expections is only revenue from day one by any means.No settling down time. Very high attrition level. Not at all matching to any corporate standards.
