Management is woefully inadequate. There is severe lack of leadership and direction which results in inconsistency and confusion. Many times i have to take a decision without proper feedback which ultimately effects my performance

If you decide to join Avian WE, then you must know that you are not going to get work-life balance. The senior management here doesnt think about the employees. The work culture and the environment is toxic.

The company (EXPD) provides ample opportunities for growth and has a supportive culture free from micromanagement. Employee benefits such as leave policies are generous. However, there are many instances of political behavior from male seniors on manager and director level. They used to take credit from female employees' work. Get work done(mostly ideas and content drafts) from female junior employees and share it directly with the client without even updating. Favouritism is noticeable and evaluation process is faulty as many below average writers escape criticism, while competent writers receive unjust negative feedback simply because they are not social or talkative enough.
