It was an awesome company and was started for a purpose. Our director, Avinash Pendkar started it to do something for his hometown Aurangabad. Nobody heard about recruitment before Avi came into the picture. Avi gave a lot of people their career and all credit goes to our Operations Head, Roger Powell (Vijay Suryawanshi). He was a hell of a boss and always treated us like a friend more than a colleague. We learned a lot from him which is going to help us for a lifetime. Unfortunately, it didn't work out due to lack of direct clients and business and they had to shutdown their Auragabad operation. But overall, it was a great experience working with AVI Technologies

Dislikes

They didn't had many direct clients and that was a little disappointment.
