Overall company culture is good. It is a very stable company. Policies are good. Medical and Healthcare facilities provided to employees are best in class. Flexibility in work timings.

Dislikes

Job rotation/ internal movement of employees is not there. Not much independence in decision making. Need to involve French people in decision making which sometimes create confusion.

Some people are great and cooperative Some people don't deserve to be on higher position

Dislikes

Top management in India and France is Authoritative and dictatorship kinds. Not much freedom to operate or take risks.
