It was wonderful experience with this company, Salary was satisfying, management was also very cordial and care taking to the employee, appraisal and increments were regular though not much satisfying, the satisfying work was helping the villages around plants and it was my pleasure to work with them. As far local community politics is concern there was resistance from the local leaders and political parties to AVH chemicals being its a chemical plant.I was away from family for almost 4 years, fortnightly used to go home, overall it was good experience.

Dislikes

The stake of company was at risk, as it was not able to gain peoples confidence and ever employees were under treat from the local community, thereby job security was thrilled always, none was able to predict as how long we will be working with this corporate. The internal politics of management was also disturbing factor as CSR was seen as costing center, Hence the CSR work was seen as additional burden to company.
