A lady who is GM cum MD in Navi Mumbai, who has no knowledge of anything still she wants to conduct daily weekly monthly reporting and wasting lots of time, even I think other MD (WHO is founder) is also looks frustrated with her but he has no option to bear with her. Total waste of time, I request do not join, there is no good leader to lead this company and have no idea about Indian market.

Do not join this company no work-life balance employees .A 40 year old Senior manager from dubai mentally harasses employees and makes them overwork ,bad language and screaming no one takes any action against him pathethic loosers this company people are

Aver Solutions, a company with global foot print, brings years of experience as system integrator from the Oil & Gas. I have a good experience in this company. The work culture is very good . Good incentive. And lot of things to learn, Seniors are so supportive.

The company culture is really good, the people working there are really friendly, you can directly interact with the management who would actually listen to you.

There are no intermittent breaks, I think a fifteen minute tea break should be allowed to refresh the mind.

There is nothing to be liked about this company, Though the company is only 5 years old but has 20-year-old work culture and ethics. Not at all recommended for freshers.

Had a very bad experience as a fresher. No work ethics. The operation Managers attitude is going to take down this company. Please don't join this company if you need growth. Fake promises are made. During my period almost all managers resigned due to work pressure and bad handling. Strict punch in and punch out.
