Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Salary release 1st day for every month. Boss is nice person.

Dislikes

Company HR with half of knowledge, he implementing new new rules, After given proper notice period he deducted my 2 days salary. I had leave 2 company's before with same process but he not deducted my salary.

Management is very bad. In this organization total employee approximately 25 to 30 in which only 4 to 5 person in this organization is from may years. and others employ working period not more then 1 or 2 year. due to management only.

Nothing to be like. Will request new candidate not to join this company.

There is no one thing to be dislikes, there are multiple things. Rutika Chhajer & Monali Solanki only works for company, rest all doing timepass ( both of them thinks ). Monali Solanki 🤮 thoughts she Owns the company. As an being HR doesn't have manners how to speak with the employee. No politeness at all. Worst company I have ever seen. Toxic Environment with low mindset people.
