1. Very much Poor pay 2. Fraud office 3. Blind Firing employees with no reason 4. First the COO will start buttering for 2 weeks that your doing great after that they will tell you that your performance is not up to the mark 5. False statement to the client that they have 3 lac of employee database (SHIFTZ HOSPITALITY PLATFORM). 6. They don't have the clear idea how to run the business. 7. The COO & CEO doesn't know about the hospitality they just fooling the candidates and the clients. 8. Office employees doesn't have manners to sit and where to eat.

Good work environment and culture company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonis every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is docent .

Just I am looking forward for a fixed pay(I am not in a statement to give fixed pay to every freelancer who join the company-but fixed salary should be intended to State Heads who leads 7 to 10 teams at once), despite leading an entire state. REST ALL PERFECT.

The world most fraud office. This is not a company this a fraud center in Gurugram. The fact is CEO doesn't know how to run the office and he fires employees after months or a weeks without any notice or a reasons. They hired a consultancy called skilledge if you get call for job please do not apply for it. It will ruin your months and time you spend in this office. There is no future or career and if you leave, resign or kick you out please do not think that they will give you documents like salary slip & experience letter.

the head of the company Rachit and pranav is the worst guy i ever meet forcing to work all the time. rachit all the time terminate staff if they don't like with out any notice I will say worst worst company in my life i will not recommend any one to join or work with company.
