This company run by city manager , regional manager HR is puppet of regional manager no job security means no job job security work pressure is like hell , u will regretted after joining this i will only reffer my enemy only , this is not brand this is a political party

Salary is low according to the work and no promotion for their employees after giving their 3 to 4 year effort to the organisation

IN CHUMBAK it was a great experience too work with the amazing team So many things learned from their. Weekly activities are also good.

Overall Good Experience but the only drawback is salary deduction they do without informing is the only drawback

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Companies policies are good, appraisals are fair and the give good salary and hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues. Career growth is decent but salary growth is slow.

Chumbak is a quirky brand, what i loved the most about the brand was the stores, they were well lit and really attractive and fun to work in terms of merchandising.

Dislikes

What i disliked was that, there was less scope of IJT. I worked there for 3 years hoping for one but didn’t get it therefore had to take the decision of leaving it.
