They directly terminate employees without any warnings and notice period. They don't give any compensation. They don't give a shit about their employees.

They give work pressure which is ok in any company. But when the employees makes any mistake or fails to deliver the expected, BOSS directly terminates. Here, everything depends on boss's mood. No management at all.
