Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. There is nothing to like in this company. No job security, no work culture, management is very unprofessional and company policy is also very bad.

Dislikes

They don't pay salary at time. They pay salary after 2 and half months. They told tht they pay travelling allowance but I didn't get at all. This is a very small company with no fund.

...ree than go & just work they will hire u.....just say that i had experience..... u don't get salary in time and sometimes even u won't get . there is no experienced team.

...litics and the management doesn't address our issues especially site conditions.salary is decent but career growth is very slow.
