Undefined Roles: Developers often end up working as testers. roles are not well-defined. Incompetent Leadership: Senior Technical Architects and Technical Architects lack proper knowledge. Failed Project Management: Certain individuals, such as B**********, have failed in project execution but still holding key positions. Don't know how!
