-Moderate workload. -Salary On Time. ( But April Appraisal U’ll get at September) -Working with Production head & Pharma Head. -For Design worst company i ever seen. - Good for ITI & Diploma Level Candidate.( Graduates Stay Away )

-Mobile is not allowed for Design Engineer. -No health insurance facility. - Hire & Fire Policy, No Job Security. - 9hr working per Day and only 1 Saturday holiday. -No food Facility ( only 30 min for Lunch). -HR & Design Head doing politics during Appraisal & while leaving the company. -Completely LaLa company/ Family Business. -MD don’t know about your effort's & Hardwork , blindly trust on HR & Design Head.

- moderate workload. - salary on time.

Dislikes

- Dept. Head and Senior do too much politics and create blunders in work most often. and blame on you. - as per promise not get an increment. - no system follows to manage files (design-related files). this lack of organization can lead to confusion, delay, and even loss of important documents. - no health insurance.

Nothing except work life balance

Dislikes

The management have no control over its employees. any one can do what ever they feels like no professionalism HR is the worst don't know there profile & try to prove themself how they are wight even though which is not there part of work. office starts at 8 in the morning till 5 only 3 rd saturday off all other saturdays are working. they don't want to work smart instead they prefer the old ways of working.
