Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

If I am supposed to say regarding likes I would only give a top rate to the principal of school Mrs. Ritu Verma who always listens to everyone accordingly.

Dislikes

One can't feel secure while doing job in AVB because school management like incharge , head mistress don't have any morality moreover, I wasn't provided the experience certificate too after doing the job for 15 years there which gave really a bad impact.
