Most of Avati's clients are in the Middle East. So some weekends are sometimes WFH. But our clients are understanding and manage to shift the requirements to the next day.

I suggest you to wait for other offers. This is not a company rather a shop, where employees are treated very bad. They say they are flexible with everything but are not. Management is not at all sure of what they want from the employee, here every thing is your work whether its in your area of control or not. Too much of micromangement. They can call you anytime they want, irrespective of time and situation. Highly insensitive, revengeful attitude. No professionalism at all. If client is not doing something then you will claimed for that. No trust on employee, wfh policy, hr policy for namesake. Will never appreciate your efforts even if you have it concrete, but will point on whats missed and not done. Will play politics and later on say we had given you opportunity you didnt take up. Will go on personal level to make you feel that you are contributing nothing to company.

Nothing, there's nothing to like about the company or management. As they are very unclear with what they want.
