Only 1 thing. It is just front of Okhla NSIC metro gate no 1. So commute is the only advantage here. Nothing else.

Dislikes

1) Biased culture 2) Very toxic working culture 3) No Job Security 4) The owner is very very arrogant and non supportive. To sum up:- 1) do not look for a job option here 2) this company is going to shut down very very soon.

Some people are good and really hard working but most of them are not working with the organisation anymore.

Dislikes

The work culture is way too biased and work life balance is not possible with this organisation. The seniors are inexperienced and disrespectful and there’s no action if you complains about your discomfort. No matter how much efforts you put in your work and show patience for company growth they will never appreciate your work but will make you feel like you’re not doing enough without providing any resources. Lastly, do not expect respect and appraisal if you’re joining.
