Company is great except incentives and increment in salary which is terrible. Company HR gives excuse of being hit by pandemic but situation has already inproved in company and can't see why they are reluctant to give peoper increments and industry standard salaries. Salaries are below industry standard here

Everyone in avaso is chill no process is there no management. So you have leverage to do anything you want . Play pool full day , gossip with colleagues.

Salary structure. Appraisal, top management new hires , like vp's . Terrible hires by Sumeet and Ramesh thakur. Top hire VP's are good for nothing taking high salaries

You can ask for WFH (but have to provide artifacts). Only 0.60 casual leave provided and 1 sick leave for 1 month or else have to take Leave without pay.

Dislikes

...agement is very poor. 2. HRs are not for your help but puppets of management. 3. Attendance tool is worst and if you miss then ask your manager to approve or you will be having Leave without pay. 4. Everyone is here to take credit of your hard work. 5. TL and manger will pressurize you untill you resign. 6. If you deny to work after shift then you are traitor and they will put you in their favourite toy to play. 7. If you are good at office politics then you are welcome here. 8. Owner did not know what is happening in the name of managing. And soo on............

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportivr and the higher management is good. They respect and strictly follow the environment safety. No plastic is allowed in the ofc and they promote biodegradable and best quality eatables that benefit your health. Appraisal are neutral.

Dislikes

.... Operation manager works like a headless chicken with no motto or logic behind. Salary is less and appraisal are also not so good.

Dislikes

- BU HR incompetent and highly reliable on Delivery head for routing all employees issues. Basically HR is a puppet of Business Tower. - All policies are company centric and not a single policy is developed to benefit company's employee. - Biased behaviour observed in granting WFH requests from management. - Entire appraisal cycle process is not transparent and no ratings are disclosed with employees. - Training and development department is useless. - COE team is preparing incorrect reports and sharing unrealistic dashboards with high management which has no baseline. -COE team's performance is overlooked by BU head and no auditing is done for their assignments. - Leadership BU head will do all types of politics to assign and un-assign projects from one employee to another employee based on his internal feeling and will start playing many games to frustrate employee to quit his job.
