Company is growing well, Adding new clients from different industries, Support from top industry leaders, Product is sellable, Advance technology.

Dislikes

Very poor management, No trust on employees, Favouritism in company, Groupism during work, Very less salary, No guarantee of variable pay Management is micro management, Doesn't trust employees, More than 60% + stake hold by other company. Not time to time salary.

Likes

Worst work culture. There is no job security at all. I have seen employees termination on personal relationship basic.

Dislikes

Need to improve the work culture. It's only money making company without creating values. Won't recommend to go for interview as well .

Likes

Decent company . Avantis Mostly behaves as a service based company instead of a product based one. Learning opportunitites are good. You will be ladden with many tough responsibilities at once which you will eventually learn to manage in a brief period of time. Good appraisals in the zone of 10-25 percent.

Dislikes

Bad resource management. Too much focused on one industry and employees take the work for granted. Decent pay and hectic life. Leaves are difficult to get and you might end up ruining your learning curve if stuck in one or two monotonous tasks.

They are always ready to give challenging tasks & test your skills & abilities of problem solving. Providing WFH facility

Not giving respects to employee , they can fire you any time when they find you useless

The only thing I liked is due to less no. Of employees at my beginning stage i got the opportunity to work in lots of new projects.

Dislikes

Most unprofessional Hr and team leads, baised people, they give more importance to their liking and disliking on people for promotion than work performance of an individual. Seen lots of talented people leaving the organisation due to lack of motivation during my tenure.
