Avanti Frozen Foods Private Limited is only good for learning for freshers, not fpr anything else

... Masters, QC's are getting 10k to 15k per month with no increment and promotion. QCs are treated like workers and even Worker's salary level is same like QCs. Even there is a bond for 2 years and QCs have to submit all of their original documents. If any emergency occurs in between, they are not ready to return those documents and work life balance is very poor.

As a supervisor we should get salary more than the daily wage labour who r work under us... But for a change here we will get vise versa.... Company timings are too bad.... U can't even take care of ur family while working in the company... incentives and bonus is satisfactory...

The management of the company is employee biased, they will take care of employees well being in all aspects. Company is having excellent track record on payment of wages, salaries, and other benefits to the employees.

Though the company is having excellent track record,decentralization of powers are very poor among senior level executives and most of the time they will not listen even to the senior level management staff
