Job is somewhat secured till the time management wants it to be. Work culture is little toxic due to only one person in the organisation- Director Operations. The so called management is a fad, it is only the MD. Company does not have any set rules and regulations or policies. The policies which are there are not employee friendly.

...son in the whole organization the Director Operations. Manipulation and abusive. There is no benefit or facilities provided by the company other than timely salary. No PF , No health insurance, no food, no transport, just to name a few.

Good work culture supportive team and management specially nakul one more thing here in avanta there is no sir and madam, call our seniors or event the CEO of the company with their name(very good funda)

The Operation Director is the most manipulative creature in the whole world. Due to his position , he flirts with the reception female team members, he does not even Spares the client. He has almost no knowledge about customer need and service. He only knows how to pressure and and get the work done through others and take the credit. He nevers let you work in peace.
