It's permanent WFH, Culture is fine because working with multi cultural people. Work stress depends on the manager. Have seen stressful and chilled out work culture too.

Very average company i dont have anything to mention that I liked

Worst management. One man show as the CEO gets involved in every minute thing. HR and operations head is the worst any company could have. Hardly can communicate clearly in English. No proper processes for the CSM team. The CSM team had great managers latter was given to a lead who was working as Assistants to CEOs in his previous roles hence all he does is micromanage and talk I'll about his team members to the CEO. Worst team to be a part of. Don't even think of working under such rude managers. Life becomes a living hell with so much work and rude bosses. No work life balance

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
