Initially when I join i was told they will hire more in india to form proper teams ..which never happened....So Need to hire more people in india. No hikes after you join.

Very low pay, empty promises about bonuses which you will never get, go there only if you are a clown and you like drama, shouting in meetings, unprofessional attitude, lots of unqualified workers.

No job security at all, they will throw you in 1 day before you realise. Indian people (PM, HR,Leads) don't have any little power to prevent. There is no HR role, Pune people are just puppet. Too much politics they will not think about you or how you will servive before throwing. They don't even give you another team to join. I have not seen this not even small size company with 10,20 employees. Job security is big question in Avaloq. Don't join if you are working in a company where you have job security.

Nothing is there to like, they are playing just to show that, there are ko worthy people from pune side.

It seems like there isn't much opportunity for learning, lack of co operations. when mistakes were made they will place blame, when something good is accomplished they tend to take credit by stating that, this happend under their guidance. they took considerable amount of time to learn processes, and prefer individuals from pune to learn in 3 to 4 months. It appears that they are biased and resistant to change. They are playing with people's job. There hasn't been any skip level meetings. It seems challenging to trust on anyone from onshore. They just want to hire someone and then eventually they will fire people. They probably do this as they don't want any BA from pune, so that can create Dependency.
