... learn a lot in terms of new teaching methods etc, but work culture is horrible. Favouraitism for employees, terrible salary , politics, and super duper long working hours. The meetings can go on n on for hours. Work life balance is zero. You can survive here only if you r a workohalic.

Gain a lot of Experience. Learn new skills. Learn to multitask. Once you work here, you can work anywhere.

Dislikes

Lot’s of politics. Salary is terrible. Working hours are always extended. If you finish your work early, you end up doing someone else’s work (who is favoured by the management) The notice period is the worst. They torture you terribly during this time period. Also, you never get any credit for the work. Other People play politics and take away all the credit. If you can last one year, then good for you.

Culture. My HOD used to pin point all the minor and major mistake and used to tell me about them in public. I was initially ok with it but eventually I found other people doing the same mistake and her attitude towards them was so polite and also suggestions were given to them in private not like how publicly I was insulted. Also once she gave feedback even without looking at my work and then when I confronted her about it she tried proving her point but eventually failed. Overall if you get a supporting head then you can survive or else your head with make it sure that you are out.

A visionary director in true sense. Get loads to learn about teaching strategies. Genuine child centric approach. It adopts an engaging and interesting way of learning.

Dislikes

Extremely pressuring and difficult work deadlines to be met. Understaffed so have to do long hours of work. Wait back on a regular basis after the working hours. Have to get 1-2 hours of work on an average at home regularly. Poor work life balance.

There is no timing for going back home people there lack empathy they insult you on your face and in front if everyone even on the slightest of things like you eating your lunch specially pre primary h.o.d she is worst and she keeps insulting you working hours are so long that they make you wait till 6 6.30 the oldies their think they are the boss n we are servant and they will try to surpress you n make sure u leave the school they are always hiring no one stays there now u can imagine how toxic the school is
