Exposure is high. Learning is good. Firm gives good visibility and learning opportunities since partners are closely involved in the studies. Good place for a 2 year stint.

Pay isn’t as high. Bad work life balance and weekend work is part of the culture. Firm has lower brand value compared to big 4’s. Firm has been around for a longtime, but hasn’t grown due to heavy dependence on just the same LT team which leaves little to no space for fresh minds. Weak middle management and high attrition at mid management.

Not everyone is exposed to good projects, people may stay in same projects for 2-3 years and it may get stale, although longetivity in a project is rewarded, but most people do not prefer it
