They first tell you that you will get joining bonus and you will get nothing then they will tell you about hybrid pattern then your manger will ask you to come to office compulsory 5 days and no one will take a stand against it

Initially when we joined the company had a good culture. They values their employees.

Avoid Avalara:- Not a great choice for Freshers. If you are considering joining Avalara , I strongly advise against it, no matter how attractive their package may seem. The company has developed a toxic work culture, and management has taken a turn for the worse. They have been hiring employees only to ask them to resign within couple of months, citing vague or fabricated reasons, which severely impacts careers. Hr and management are unsupportive, often acting in an inhumane and deceptive manner. The company seems to have lost its ethics, prioritising profit while simultaneously spending millions on unnecessary events. If you’re looking for job security and a healthy environment. Then Avalara is defined not the place for anyone.

...feel I am a fresher. Other folks and team mates are very welcoming and friendly. Great place to learn in this fast growing company and also great salary along with other incentives.

Dislikes

There is nothing special I came across worth mentioning here as a dislike. But, sometimes you are made to face challenges that are never solved in anytime past. So, lot of deep research and time is consumed searching for resource and help to solve that single complex issue.

The company has it's presence in multiple locations so if there is some dependent work on other teams which is located in other nations in different time zone then you need to extend your working hours.

The place is full of negativity. Junior team members don't want any experience people to join their team because they think their own growth will not take speed. Senior managers have no knowledge or aptitude to take care of the team because they think nobody can touch them. Standard Moto of my team manager was 'By Hook or Crook' . Except for this, he does not know anything. If you complain to seniors they will simply take this opportunity to further their own self-interest instead of saving you or doing the right thing.
