There is nothing special I came across worth mentioning here as a dislike. But, sometimes you are made to face challenges that are never solved in anytime past. So, lot of deep research and time is consumed searching for resource and help to solve that single complex issue.

...ry nice at starting but then without any explanation you will be asked to leave. They will lure you with salary but do not fall into this trap. They don’t know how to manage people and they hiring to fire. Remember this! You will be thrown out in a second without any intimation, no you cannot say anything on that you will have to leave.

They first tell you that you will get joining bonus and you will get nothing then they will tell you about hybrid pattern then your manger will ask you to come to office compulsory 5 days and no one will take a stand against it

They will give yoy least salary inhand ...but to match with market they set incentive program which is easy to achieve ..but somehow you stuck in their loop and you can't go anywhere because after working their with 3 year your inhand will remain same but your expenses will be much hiy because of incentive you're getting along with salary..but when it comes to change or switch your job ..you will be offered good salary because of your actually in hand ...and in end you will remain stuck in se company ..

Environment is good Lunch fruits and many stuff given to you in office

Very low salary increment Promotion is only had to you if you completed 4 5 yrs in avalara. Salary is very less offered in avalara Work pressure is too much
