The facility is awesome also get Diwali bonus and gifts, new activities and more for staff like picnic and functions, uniforms are great and all the managers are great 👍 😊

Their is nothing to dislike about Avadh utopia at Utopia we got all the facilities actually for stuff their is no compromises for living, eating,etc. And the work place is amazing too we loved to work at Avadh Utopia

I had the best teammates to work with. The training was good and my teammates as well as the Duty Managers helped me a lot. The work environment is good, added to the advantage that it is a 5-star club-cum-hotel. I got to learn new softwares and new ways to handle customers. Overall, I cherish the memories spent at Avadh Utopia, Surat.

Dislikes

It was not possible for me to work for too long as I was not a resident of Surat. I commuted daily for 4 hours to and from my home. So it will not be suitable for those who do not have accommodation in Surat.

I got opportunity to play piano 🎹 in starting which is my real talent. I got opportunity to get experience of club reception from ground to 9th floor due to my internship experience Courtyard by Marriott hotel Surat, Surat Marriott hotel all hospitality departments like front office department ( 2 months),Food and beverage department( 2 months), housekeeping department( 1 month)and Accounts department( 1 month)Good English speaking and my best friends lila, Yogita, Eric and Chirag break shift who never let me vanish from club reception and helped me when no one did because I came for front office department hotel reception but I never transferred. ⚫ But my friends Eric and Chirag transferred in front office department hotel reception.

⚫ I was told to work in hotel reception front office but they never transferred so never start ur career from here as a front office Associate as a fresher unless and until u r experienced from other branded hotels. ⚫ Staffs like Devangi, Anju, Bhavesh are very unprofessional and uneducated and Hospitality graduate people like me who did internship from Courtyard by Marriott Surat and Surat Marriott hotel get scolded for talking to staffs in English language and also telling right amenities to guests and helping them(guest) whenever they(guests)needed. Only seniors like managers are professional. ⚫ They( Devangi, Anju, Bhavesh) use to send me to clean library and 5th floor to prevent me from guest telephone call handling so that I should not get job in front office department hotel reception hospitality in any branded property. ⚫ Guests are not allowed without their members. Only through members and HOD reference guests are allowed. ⚫ If I help the guest physically in a proper place like guest rooms, hotel Reception, amenities like Gym timings, indoor games timings, Game zone timings and use Marriott rules to them( Guests) like they will assist you for the same for that particular question then I get scolded by uneducated staffs like Devangi, Anju and Bhavesh who are unprofessional to me and guest and never allowed me to do show round and never let me transferred in hotel reception front office department. ⚫ Mobile also gets submitted when you are doing duty in Avadh Uthopia Club Surat(only for front office and club department) ⚫ Only from Executive level mobile is allowed so never start ur career from here when u join as a front office Associate as a fresher otherwise they will put u in club which is very wrong for ur career growth only start when u have experience from branded Taj hotel, oberoi hotel, ITC hotels, Lalit hotel, Leela hotels, Novotel hotel, Radisson hotel, Marriott hotel in front office department so that u r transferred in hotel reception front office directly as front office executive and above in hotel reception not in club so that ur mobile is allowed to attend important recruiters HR calls when u want to change ur job when u r not enjoying the work culture.

I was a GRA over there but I don't think that their duty manager or front office manager knows the work of a GRA..Firstly I was told that I would be work in hotel but they never transferred.. Duty managers were playing mind games with their staffs that's why some of them were left and I think that was the best decisions of their life. I never knew that after resigning I have to go there and work as their security guard. Front office manager was a puppet of his duty manager and still he is(according to his staffs) 🤣 I never got work satisfaction from there.. So I chose to leave. Never start your career from that place it's not even worth
