The company has to widen their perspective and outlook towards professionals..So to speak to really come out from the narrow mindsets.Always, we have seen working capital and cash flow shortages which has hampered the business growth, despite offering them 250% growth from their present turnover of such a small/micro sized company which is not that significant, however, will to execute the orders in time is lacking..Business acumen is the area which is not inculcated among the promoters..No professional ethics and deviations found in set stipulated norms, and terms and conditions, by not fulfilling their contractual commitments, in terms of Salaries of the employees and suppliers payments in time..I think they currently struggle with the huge cash crunch and situation may deteriorate in foreseeable future with the approach and attitude of the owner it seems.. Not Great at all pleasant experience as it has been normally observed in such small scale, organisations..
