Appraisal.... I'm working last one year, after appraisal getting same salary no increasement this one thing very poor. I don't know what happened.

Company is not supporting to employ Even they are not going to pay salary till March My 70% staff stay in rental flats.they have to pay daily essentials payment. So during this lockdown period as per me it’s not good thing. If company help this difficult period so employees will we more loyal, even employees doing more hardwork to coming days. Even company not going to start our company till September

Worst company ever i worked for, not a single step taken by the company to support employee during covid-19 lockdown, even after 4 months there is no communication from company's end.

Work environment of the company is good I learnt many things while working in my company but my company didn't support us in this critical situation they cut our 25% Salary of March and tell us to give 50% Salary from April but now they said we have no money to give you.
