I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The employees have the great opportunity to grow with the company but the problem lies with the management because of which lot employees are leaving the company sorting various reasons. The higher authority must get involved and solve the the problem.

Work culture, Politics, No Appreciation for good work, There are few employees who are making the work environment bad. The employees are underpaid, Salaries are not credited on time. They will make you do overtime but will never appreciate and compensate you for it.

Company culture is outstanding everyone in the treat you as a family. No punching/attendence system here. Only come and work that's it. Work from home facility.

I was hired as a freelancer by Sunil Botadra, for the design of their Site Survey and Signal Flow Diagramming tool UI and UX. I delivered on rushed deadlines, only to have been ghosted on my last invoice. Even after repeated reminders and having been assured my payment, there was finally a deafening silence and no payments made of USD 8000+. This is after my work was used in full, as reported by the development agency who I made the handoff to.
