Company culture is outstanding everyone in the treat you as a family. No punching/attendence system here. Only come and work that's it. Work from home facility.

Dislikes

Office timing is from 10:30am to 8:00pm which personally not suits me.. Other than that all are good.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

The only part of my experience that I take back is the challenge involved in the work, to which I was able to apply myself in the best manner and deliver well.

I was hired as a freelancer by Sunil Botadra, for the design of their Site Survey and Signal Flow Diagramming tool UI and UX. I delivered on rushed deadlines, only to have been ghosted on my last invoice. Even after repeated reminders and having been assured my payment, there was finally a deafening silence and no payments made of USD 8000+.
