Mass layoff’s happen. Less job security as they don’t mind the career of the employee’s getting spoiled. This company operates as vendor only for limited number of customers, so they get limited projects. Very less upskillment, you do I similar type of job repeatedly depends upon your luck for the team you’ve been put into.

Bad working culture, they will treat you as a school student. There is no project, because they are consultancy.

One client dependent, Work/HR culture needs to be improvised a lot, job security is less as I could see people often being fired especially when they don't have project in clients place

Very awesome company.. If you perform better career will be awesome. Nice environment, Better smooth work culture, Good compensation and benefits, need to focus more insurance policy while choosing them hence employee gets more benefits (As company is heavily spending on policy)

I feel nothing to dislike actually. There were minor internal politics earlier due to few HR and Manager, now it's getting changed step by step by management.. They have only one major client (small clients are there) but they have to build their client portfolio so if an employee payrolls gets over he can be deployed to other clients where employee also feels more secured (However ARi gives three months secured job package for their employees)

Performance based incentives is one of worst method I have never seen in my previous company where I work.... For example: Per year they will give 22 days sick and paid leave but worst scenario is we can able to take one leave per month if we take more than one leave per month we won't get incentive for that month and also incentive will be added to salary on 3months once For me they deducting around 64k for performance based inecentive in that 48 k for that leave basis and remaining 16k for our upskilling I m openly saying that I working in this company for more than 1.5 years as of now I didn't get any one quarter incentive...first 68 k waste and this year also I think 68k will be wasted
