It is very big commercial, passenger vehicles dealer organization,as per company norms salary and incentives credited ,but no skill doveloped,job security also good

Salary increment and promotions so delay and some times don't reach Target we phase issues this thing is common every marketing business

Salary and incentives on-time Freedom given to leaders to explore and implement new ideas

Weak HR, Accounts and Admin High costs to run operations Politics is too much due to old employees Corruption at highest levels and missed integrity and loyalty to company. Also the top layer feeds information to decision makers making their vested interests protected.

Un ehthical Hr vertical they don't know our roles and responsibilities. Slowdown type working culture. No ay kind of learning in our carreer. Complete nepotism culture. No any one accepted the candidate who has to work in this organisation. Every reports every meeting every activity shows only paper not in reality.
