... As a director owned company everything works on it's mood. No salary growth. Big problem is you don't get paid on time. Your expenses are not paid till 6 to 8 months. Only consider this company if you don't have any option left.

Good for freshers as you will find freedom to meet any body from client base and try all your strategies because there is no one to teach you.

Dislikes

Poor management No HR policies No bonus, no incentives Management will appear only to shout at you when you fail not when you need them for support No leaves policy Advance for travel will not be given even if they give it will be so less you will end up paying from own pocket Expenses will not be paid for almost 9 to 10 months your money will be stuck. Bad experience overall
