FAVOURISM. Internal Politics. Favoured employees will get high salaries & lot of appreciation in less time than that of deserving employees. Every management team member will praise favoured employee. The favoured employee will treat every other employee as his slave. Favoured employee will not share his knowledge. Management team plays internal politics so much so that employees will hate to work here. No job security. No strict timings.
