Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. They provide WFH. yes, thats it!

Dislikes

The salary comes on the 3rd of every month. The training period can extend upto a year as well. The training is very poor the trainers don't have any knowledge They put employees in PIP very easily The salaries are pretty low

Worst company. Do not join they make u jobless and they fired you at the time of appraisal by putting allegations on your about performance.HR is very rude and they do not care for employees.

If you are working as an unpaid intern then leave this company ASAP there's not a single chance to be selected. They give you task they use you for 2 month and after two months they will throw out from the company
