Company is full of politics. No PF facilities. Your salary hike totally depending on your manager not on your efforts/hard work. No extra hrs paid. No night shift allounce.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

worst management... no job security there... 3 years bond and they will not give you good salary or increment as you signed the bond you cant quite they take advantage of that

the owner and his manager is igoistic and take things personally

Friendly working atmosphere, Supportive management, working with Automatic gives you great opportunity to work on different projects and issues independently

No work from home facilities available when needed. They should provide flexible working hours to their employees.

Good learning for beginners and i got very supportive team members. They conduct soft skills session and also technical sessions

Dislikes

They should give employee PF facilities they should provide wfh facilities as people like me travel daily 60 km
