It was a wonderful experience working with ADP.In ADP we are getting good compensation hike and all.

The only thing that i don't like about ADP is the tools and technologies they are using are outdated.

Compensation and benefits. Travel- It was provided from the day of induction itself and that to for free.

Dislikes

Work environment, appraisal, politics, career growth, preferences from higher management people to only those people who can be there 'chamcha' , even though those people have zero skills.

ADP is good in all the way . Only thing is that when you want more salary you need to switch . That is the only reason people leave ADP or else it is one of the Best Company which I wanted to retire from this Company.

Only Job security and learning but even job security cannot be considered because if Director wants to remove people they find ways to screw you on purpose.

...t home or wants to show off her superior. HR is also one of the worst team here. Their policies are one of the worst and they give you variable pay based on last year's rating. It means if you got bad rating last year they are going not going to pay even one penny for the next year variable pay. How illogical is this? After working for two years I find many service companies are far better. This is just some over-hyped product company. Nothing more. It is my honest review from developers point of view. If you want to save your life, time, energy, money go and join other company and location but not Hyderabad LCC, Please.
