...re not at par with company standards. There is no comp structure based on level. Manager gets less salary then his/her reportee.

You should negotiate for salary while joining the organisation as the annual hikes are not very appealing.

Either parents/In-laws are covered under policy with free of cost (Company paid) - Free health check up only for 35 age group and above. You will be entitled with 12 CL's and can be used continuously for 2 days and not more than that. If falls on Monday/Friday then only one day
