It's a good company but the Indian management ruins it all.

I have never worked in a company who pays your performance incentives from your monthly salary and then deduct that amount when the time arrives for the variable payout. It's a clear scam that the management is doing. When was moved to other department successfully, they cancelled the movement and got me back to where I was rather than moving me in another dpt. This is just not frustration but the facts. I am so done with it

Company does pay u well however they include the bonus in your package it does makes your package look big however the inland is less according to the package

Management is not good.. no proper support system that is created by the company. No one will listen to you to understand but to reply back. Canteen is also not good

...note down your queries but they will not take any action. Terrible work culture. No growth in salary.

...mpany and the vendor gave all incorrect details and rejected my insurance claim. So vendor told if any problem or mistake from his end then he'll pay that money and till now it's been more than 2years and if I ask help to adp they told to talk to vendor. And vendor doesn't answer my calls and blocked my phone number and till now I did not receive my insurance claim money. Overall it's the worst experience.

...e centric organisation. Management is also quite good. We also get good bonus. Salary hike is not that good but okay.

Dislikes

Lots of work load and I mean it sometime u have to work for 12-14 hours and u will not get extra pay
